A brass weather cock who joins Tatters and Grampa on their quest, blown off a barn and able to fly, crow and point the way.

First named in Grampa in Oz, ch. 3

Bill flew to the top of the blue tree to observe the wind and the weather, and nothing could have been more peaceful.
